This is probably my shortest blog post, but it is important nonetheless.  It is on music therapy.


Music therapy is using instruments and music in general within a therapeutic relationship to address the emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals. It also provides a means of communication that can otherwise be challenging for those who have difficulty expressing their feelings in words. My favorite style of music to listen to for relaxation is classical.


Among various benefits, music therapy can:


· Reduce stress and anxiety;

· Relax our minds;

· Stimulate our brains.
